Orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll get a confirmation email once your order ships.

We ONLY ship within Canada. Please do not place an order if you are outside of Canada. Thank you for understanding.

Lost or damaged packages

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Email us at stonedgems@yahoo.com as soon as you notice, with your order number and the correct address in the message. If your order has not been packed yet, we will update it and send you a confirmation. Once a label is printed we cannot change the address.

How long do I have to correct my address?

Sometimes we are unable to change your address once your order has been placed and payment has been completed. That is why we ask that you always double check your address. If you do notice you have entered the wrong address, please email us immediately and we will try to fix it if possible. Thanks for understanding.

What if my order goes to a wrong address I gave you?

Delivery addresses are entered by you at checkout, so orders delivered to an address you supplied are not refunded or reshipped. A 50% discount is available on replacement orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
