Yes, all our products undergo rigorous third-party lab testing to ensure they are free from dangerous contaminants like fentanyl, levamisole, and other harmful cutting agents. We provide lab certificates with every order showing purity levels and confirming the absence of contaminants. Our cocaine typically tests at 98% purity, our MDMA is 97% pure, our ketamine is pharmaceutical grade, and our psychedelics are tested for potency and safety. We believe in transparency about product quality because your safety is our priority.
Anyone located in Canada can purchase products from StonedGems. We require customers to be within Canadian borders to place an order. No prescription or medical recommendation is needed. We operate on a harm reduction principle, believing that Canadian adults should have access to pure, tested substances without the dangerous additives commonly found in street products. We do not sell to minors and implement age verification processes during ordering.
All orders are packaged with maximum discretion and security in mind. Products are vacuum-sealed in multiple layers to prevent odor detection. We use industry-standard stealth packaging methods, disguising products within everyday items or concealing them in ways that avoid detection. Our packaging is designed to withstand normal handling conditions while protecting the contents. We use plain boxes with no identifying marks, company name, or product descriptions. The return address is discreet and doesn’t reference our business in any way.
We offer a 50% reship policy for orders that don’t arrive. If tracking shows that delivery was attempted but the package wasn’t received, we will reship 50% of your order for a 50% reship fee. This policy applies to orders seized by authorities or lost in transit. You must contact our customer service within 14 days of the original shipping date with your order number and tracking information. We do not offer full refunds as we incur costs for products and shipping even when orders don’t reach their destination. This policy helps us maintain reasonable prices while still providing some protection against delivery failures.

It’s extremely important to double-check your address before submitting payment. Once payment is made, orders can be processed very quickly, often leaving no time to change details. If you realize you’ve made an error, contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to correct it. Once shipped, we cannot make changes, and our standard reship policy applies if the package is returned to us. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Use our Track My Order page with your order ID and email. You should receive your tracking number within 24 hours.
If there’s a discrepancy with your order, please send us a photo of the sealed package and individual products. This helps us identify issues quickly and expedite resolution. If we’re at fault, we’ll offer either a replacement or store credit for the value of the missing items.
If you haven’t received updates in 3 days, please check your tracking number first as it may only update at major checkpoints. If there’s still no movement after 3-4 business days, contact us with your order number so we can investigate. We’ll look into the status and get back to you within 24 hours with an update on your shipment.
